How many signatures per device?

1 attempt per device — ever. If you already signed, that email is already counted.

Who receives the petition?

National Human Rights Commission, parliamentary oversight channels, opposition MPs who have publicly commented on the NEET leak, and relevant international bodies where applicable.

Can I remove my signature later?

No self-service removal in v1. Contact requests may be possible through the site operators.

Who runs SILENTWATCH?
